On top of this, many of us relate to our anxiety in unproductive ways, e.g. control, distraction. The first step towards creating change is awareness, so we've developed this journal to help you reflect on:

  • how you currently relate to your feelings of anxiety
  • the impacts of this current relationship
  • new ways of relating to anxiety that align with your values & desired impact
  • potential new practices and behaviors that move you towards your purpose
