We recognize the need for resilience in order to move forward from traumatic life experiences, but what we don’t often realize is that resilience is critical to helping us move on from even mundane life experiences that cause us pain and suffering. This journal is your guide to moving through some of life's painful and challenging experiences. We'll start with a real life story to help you understand:

- habits of resilient people
You'll then get to apply these habits through our exercise which will help you to move forward from a negative experience, through the process of "re-meaning".
